I called their office on a Monday, and Mr anit came to my residence at the agreed upon time to pack my items.
I needed help the next day as well, and Mr anit immediately sent couple of people to my place to pack my remaining items.
The delivery was extremely smooth, as the parcels were delivered even before the agreed upon date
